Abstract：

随着时代的发展和社会的进步,我国对于教师工作质量的要求逐步提高,教师在教学过程中不仅要提高学生的学习成绩,为学生讲述相应的知识内容,还需要提高自身的教育水平,提高教师课程领导力,而课程领导力是一个较为复杂的概念,下面将针对智慧教育背景下,教师课程领导力的如何提升作出研究,并以此提高教师的教学质量.
