    Abstract：

    游泳不仅仅是一项健康的体育运动，并且是我们必不可少的自救、抢救的本事，也是竞技运动中重要的一项运动。现如今，伴随着人们生活水平的提升，健身运动的观念提升，游泳运动无论是在专业性比赛领域或是在业余爱好中，都是在飞速的发展中获得推广。经过对基层工作游泳教练员的素养构造因素的初步探究，表明现代化业余训练中游泳教练员素养的必要性以及因素相互之间的内在联系，寻找培育基层工作游泳教练员的方式及措施，致力于提升基层游泳教练员的个人能力，为有关的人才队伍建设服务。
