Abstract：
职业院校推进工匠精神传承、培育,既传承了传统文化与技艺,又能培养大批工匠人才.但是目前工匠精神传承、培育还存在一些问题,影响了其融合发展.本文对传承荆楚工匠精神并进行创新发展的路径与其中存在的问题进行了探讨,并提出了相应对策.
