    事业单位与一般企业相比,事业单位的人力资源管理工作更为重要.通过调研发现,大多数事业单位的人力资源管理工作没有一个很好的管理,导致其无法完全发挥作用,进一步影响了事业单位的运作管理.本文就事业单位人力资源管理中的绩效考核工作可能出现的问题进行研究分析,并对于此提出解决方法.
