Abstract：
新课程改革要求教育者认识到学生的主体地位,科学合理的运用以学定教的理念.初中的数学老师应该高标准要求自己,不断优化课堂教学模式,认识到初中年龄段学生的学习特点,深刻理解教材的考核内容,灵活运用多种教学方式,在使学生掌握课本知识的基础上,注重学生数学核心素质的培养,培养高水平人才.
