    马斯洛说:"挫折未必总是坏的,关键是在于对待挫折的态度".因此,要使小学生具有承受挫折的能力,关键得培养小学生具有良好的心态,保持乐观的态度,正确面对挫折.挫折是人生进步的门槛,这个门槛过去了,人生境界就不同了,凡是真正能有所作为的人,他们都是经历无数挫折的,换言之就是用挫折堆积起来的.小学生也是一样的,小学生要勇敢面对挫折,从挫折中寻找机会,找到晋升的阶梯,这样才能真正拥有未来.
