Abstract：
随着学生逐渐成长,自我意识增强,开始用自己的视角去审视周围的事物,去判断分析问题.对于小学生来说,心智尚不够成熟,尤其是一些发育晚的孩子,对事物的看法、理解是简单的、肤浅的.多数孩子不能正确对待问题,解决问题.遇事容易冲动、钻牛犄角.拿学习来说,往往对老师的言传身教不能正确理解,不能正确执行老师安排的学习任务,甚至产生逆反心理.在教学过程中,如果教师不能采用合理的教育方式,不注重孩子的心理素质的培养,不但不利于孩子的心理发育,更会影响师生关系,进而影响学生的学习成绩.
