Abstract：
现代职业院校在对学生进行培养的过程中,要想确保在未来学生能够有更好的发展,一方面要重视培养学生的专业素养,另一方面也需要加大对于学生职业道德的培养力度.而为了使学生在学习的过程中能够对于职业道德的重要意义有更加全面的把握,现实中就需要积极利用校企合作的契机,使学生对职业道德的作用能够有切身的体会.文章就针对技工院校学生职业道德的构成要素以及技工院校校企合作中培养学生职业道德的方法进行了具体探讨.
