    中职院校的职业教育作为受教育者,通过学习某种职业技能和知识,培养其职业道德,从而达到这门职业对于工作者的需求标准所组织的教育工作.职业素养在中职院校的培养和教育中占有重要地位.本文以中职院校的语文课程教学作为切入点,对职业素养在我国中职院校教如何有效渗透进行简要的分析和提出相关建议.
