    Abstract：

    核心素养视角下的小学美术教学,应当将教学和社会现实生活紧密联系起来,让学生从中感受美.另外,教师应当对学生欣赏美的能力进行培养,其基础就是引导学生发展向善的心理,如此才能让他们对周边世界的美进行感受,对作品中的美进行体味.而创造美就是需要帮助学生对基本技法进行掌握,如此才能创造出具有美的作品.另外,小学美术教育工作者也应当进一步对学生的情操进行陶冶,促进其创造能力和审美能力的发展.
