    小学科学教师要能够科学合理地利用各种教学资源来开展合作式的小学科学课堂教学活动,不断地提高自身的教学理念,创设出趣味的、吸引人的学习内容.小学科学教师还要在小组合作的学习活动中,提高小学生对科学现象的认知,开启小学生的科学思维,引导小学生养成良好的科学学习习惯,培养小学生的科学创新能力等.小学科学教师在多元化的科学课堂中,优化合作式的学习活动,培养小学生的各种学习能力,培养小学生的健康学习心理,进而促进全班小学生的共同进步和发展.
