生活资源主要包括社区资源和家长资源、物质资源等，各类资源的特点不同：有的时效性较强，有些则在时间上不敏感；有的在空间上比较固定、有的呈现出流动状态；有的是活动类的、有的是平台性的、有的是环境式的。
