Abstract：
“九土之台，起于累土，千里之行，始于足下。”在教育的大树下，小学教学便是基础。在这一阶段的学习过程中绝大多数学生会养成，其今后的学习习惯及学习方法，对于学生的学习生涯起着至关重要的作用。在新时代的基础教育改革过程中应本着培养学生良好的学习习惯和个人品质为目标，使学生掌握更高效的学习方法。下面本文将就新时代对基础教学培养目标的思考进行相应分析，希望对相关人员有所帮助。
