    Abstract：

    吐鲁番出土文书中记载了唐前期的西州,中央王朝以赐予老人侍丁及版授高年的方式在西州对老人进行人力上的扶养及物质或精神上嘉奖的史料,通过这些史料,可知孝道思想已经在唐前期的西州施行.唐中央王朝把对老人的孝道以及相关的养老问题写进法律,上升到道德与法律的高度,强调从物质与精神方面孝养老人,强调孝养.
