    本文强调了爱国主义教育基地的重要意义，并以新四军纪念馆为例，分析了爱国主义教育基地的社教功能。同时，从深入挖掘社会教育资源、拓展社会教育宣传模式、着重提升宣传教育水平三方面入手，提出了面向社教功能充分发挥的爱国主义教育基地工作策略。
