Abstract：
随着信息科技与互联网技术的飞速发展,已经有越来越多的教育管理者的目光,投向技术支持下的教师专业发展的研究.为长效推动教师专业发展,本文综合了教师专业发展评价机制和学习强国中的积分模式的双重优势,构建了教师专业发展成长值模型,鼓励教师全程参与、日日参与,对自身的专业发展高度重视,从而达到全面提升教师专业能力的目的.
