    Abstract：

    所谓运算能力即归纳和转换能力,将抽象的数学表达式转化熟悉的数学式子的能力,运算能力的培养对于提升学生的解题效率有着重大意义.小学是为学生今后步入深层次学习领域打基础的关键时期,教师必须要极度重视对于这部分群体的运算能力教学,并和核心素养理念相结合,采取多元化教学方法,全面实现学生运算能力的培养.本文对小学数学运算教学现状进行了分析,提出了核心素养下提升学生运算能力的对策,以供参考.
