    Abstract：

    合作学习(cooperative learning)是一种富有创意和实效的教学理论与策略.目前许多中职学校的教师已经在英语课堂教学中采用小组合作学习的模式,但在教学实际操作的过程中还存在一些问题.因此,在前期调查问卷了解学生学习现状的基础上,我组织课题组教师对课堂教学中小组合作学习有效性策略进行了探究和实施,本文将前一阶段的研究和实施成果进行阶段性总结.
