中职阶段是一个学生感受世界和正确认知自我的关键时期,这个阶段的中职班主任应当运用情感教育并引导学生进行自我管理的方式,从而实现正面管教的真正价值.随着正面管教理念不断推广,社会、家长和中职教师都积极响应并运用该理念对学生进行有效管理.
