    Abstract：

    高层建筑具有建筑材料复杂、容纳人数多等特征，通过大力推动建筑工程高层化发展，能够切实提升大众生活质量，缓解城市建设用地紧张问题。但由于建筑结构变高，内含火灾隐患问题更多，需要在高层建筑设计环节细致分析火灾隐患、火灾扑救难度等因素，对高层建筑结构进行合理优化，最大限度控制火灾造成的影响范围，保障人民财产利益安全。
