    Abstract：

    近几年，随着我国建筑行业的快速发展，受到建筑面积、住房需求等因素影响，高层建筑数量增多。为了保证高层建筑结构稳定性，在建筑结构设计过程中，剪力墙结构在其中得到广泛应用，对改善高层建筑性能和结构稳定性有着重要意义。本文就结合剪力墙结构类型，重点分析高层住宅剪力墙结构设计要求，根据分析结果，提出高层住宅剪力墙结构设计建议，具体内容如下。
