    Abstract：

    随着建筑工程的不断发展，为了促进工程经济效益的进一步提升，一些新的承包模式也逐渐得到应用，EPC模式便是其中的一种。本文首先对该模式进行了简单的概述，并对其优势进行了分析，其次提出了一些提升建议。最后得出结论：随着EPC工程总承包模式逐渐成熟与完善，以及一些新技术、新方法的不断应用，未来的工程管理能力将得到显著提升。
