随着我国经济的快速发展,我国水利水电工程的范围也在不断扩大.此外,施工过程中的安全质量问题是保障我国国民生活的重要保障.对国民经济的改善有积极的作用.因此,在实际的施工过程中,施工技术人员必须从根本上提高自身的施工技术水平和专业技能,也必须充分认识到质量安全对施工项目的重要性.
