Abstract：
德育工作是素质教育的核心内容,班主任在日常的教学过程中,应当注意深化德育工作,以促进学生的全面发展.高中班主任开展德育工作,有利于学生在生活中有高素质的表现,成为一个有道德的新青年.良好的德育工作能够使学生形成符合时代要求的思想观念,本文论述了德育工作的意义,并且分析了目前德育工作的现状,最后提出了一些有关的建议,以供相关人士参考.
