Abstract：
体育是我国高校教育中不可缺少的一门教学课程,对提高我国高校学生的身体素质、心理素质、德育能力有着不可替代的作用.在立德树人目标下,高校公共体育课程的改革刻不容缓,本文重点罗列体育课程开展中存在的问题,再致力于课程提出改革策略,以供专业教师参考,增强教师的教学能力.
