    Abstract：

    在初中藏文教学实践中,培养学生的学习兴趣是重要的教学目标.不少后进生在学习上表现不佳,其原因可能是缺乏学习的兴趣,也有可能是没有合理的学习方法.因此,初中藏文教师要重视激发后进生的学习兴趣,运用多样化的教学手法,提升学生的学习积极性,帮助他们找到良好的学习方法,进而有效提升学习质量.本文将对初中藏文教学实践中激发后进生学习兴趣的方法进行探究,希望可以为相关研究提供有价值的参考依据.
