农村小学加快义务教育均衡发展的研究

Abstract：
当前我国部分农村小学在开展教学过程中存在着教育经费不足、师资队伍欠缺和办学条件落后的问题.因此,我国农村小学在开展教学事业时应加强教育点的建设.但现实教学过程中,多数农村小学并未意识到自身教学过程中存在的问题,影响了我国农村中小学均衡发展的步伐.基于此,本文首先对农村均衡教育的重要作用进行阐述,然后提出我国农村小学均衡发展过程中存在的问题,最后针对这些问题提出解决对策.为我国农村小学开展均衡教育提供帮助,也为相关领域的研究提供参考.
