Abstract：
"夹心层"学生,一般指平行班中总分成绩距离高优线上下15名左右且语文在所有学科中属于相对弱势学科的学生.随着区属学校扩招的趋势,结合我校的培养目标,帮助"夹心层"学生提升语文成绩,成了语文老师工作的重点之一.根据《新课标》要求,提高"夹心层"学生语文成绩,实际上就是要提高他们的语文学习素养.笔者试图通过课后作业的有效设计帮助他们.
