    体育新课标中明确指出,高中阶段开展体育教学的过程中,需要培养学生良好的终身体育意识,传授学生各种体育知识以及体育技能,使其建立终身开展体育锻炼的意识,养成锻炼的习惯.所以,体育老师在日常教学中要有意识的培养学生终身体育意识,对此,本文介绍在高中体育教学中,培养学生终身体育意识的策略.
