住宅建设项目施工过程中仍然会出现各种质量问题,这会影响整体施工进度和质量,相应的建设成本还会进一步增加,这是相对普遍的现象.除了对建筑公司效率的影响外,公司在市场上的竞争力将大大削弱,这将对公司的长期发展产生负面影响.
