Abstract：
随着学生的成长环境发生改变,初中班主任德育工作需要应对的各类影响因素也在不断的增加,德育的措施应保持和谐性、合理性,尽量减少对学生开展强制性的教育手段,建议通过因势利导的方式来教育,让学生对青春期的身心变化更好的适应,对自身的品德素养提升按照主动进步的方式来完成.
