Abstract：
师幼互动是幼儿园教育中不可缺少的一种教育手段.在幼儿园教育活动中积极开展师幼互动,可以方便幼师了解幼儿的性格特点,掌握幼儿在面对不同活动时的行为方式,从而开展更具针对性、个性化的幼儿园教育.幼儿园经常会开展各种背景的教育活动,为了使活动开展更加顺利,幼师们要积极思考如何保证在不同活动形式下师幼互动的质量.
