    Abstract：

    当前，我国的经济发展迅速，我国很多城市老城区基础设施较为老旧、功能弱化，排水系统管道淤堵破损及混接现象普遍存在，使得老城区局部内涝、水体污染、黑臭水体等问题较为严重，这就迫切要求进行雨污管网更新、分流式改造。基于海绵城市建设背景，以鹰潭市为例，重点研究了老城区低影响开发技术措施的应用和雨污排水系统改造技术措施的应用。
