    我国的能源问题在近些年来引起社会的高度重视，在进行能源的开采与使用之中要提高资源的使用率，促进社会的可持续发展。根据集中供热住宅供暖系统节能设计要点展开探究，节能供暖系统在提升温度的基础功能时，还要加强分户热计量和分户温度调控及系统水力平衡等功能建设。
