    Abstract：

    随着科技的发展和社会的进步，测绘工作的生产规模不断扩大，常规地形徒步测量已经无法满足作业效率和测量精度的要求。倾斜摄影三维建模作为近些年来国际测绘领域一项高新的测绘技术，它通过一个飞行器上搭载多个传感器，能同时从一个垂直镜头，四个倾斜镜头五个不同的角度采集影像，利用倾斜摄影测量技术可以获取实景三维模型数据。文章重点就三维建模的发展与应用进行研究分析，以供参考和借鉴。
