    城市污水管网建设与管理，需要做好污水分类，对污水管网特点全面分析。在目前城市污水管网的建设和管理中，存在很多隐患问题，如分流不彻底、规划设计不合理、管理力度不到位等问题，需要做好必要的优化设计，对现有管道予以改造，强化管理，增加管网养护力度，完善管理制度。
