    鄂州市文化中心大剧院，项目拟建地点为鄂州市中部吴楚大道以北，孙权大道以西，总用地面积12万平方米，主要建设功能为剧院、多功能厅等，在项目策划之时我们对宁波、杭州、恩施的文化产业发展和大剧院的建设与管理进行了学习考察，所见所闻受益匪浅，值得借鉴。
