    Abstract：

    剪力墙结构体系是我国高层住宅建筑的核心体系，其设计的合理性与建筑结构的安全性和抗震性能息息相关。对高层住宅剪力墙结构进行设计时，设计人员要提高重视程度，保证剪力墙结构的稳定性和安全性。由此，本文对高层住宅剪力墙结构进行研究，通过对其优缺点的分析提出了相应的优化设计措施，以给居民带来更充足的居住体验。
