    农业机械化技术以传统农业耕作手段为出发点，采用可操作性强的机械化农业保护性耕作技术手段，促进农业耕作的可持续发展。保护性耕作实施过程中，要注意对机械化技术的合理利用。农业部门要注意提升保护性机械设备实施效率，通过区域推广协调来调配农业保护机具。通过落实具体保护性耕作机具实施策略，来促进农户保护性耕作质量。
