    现阶段高速公路隧道建设规模的扩大，给我国道路交通事业发展带来了促进作用。实践中为了增强高速公路隧道机电工程建设效果，保持现场施工工序良好的实施状况，则需要对项目管理加以思考，积极探索切实有效的策略予以应对，避免影响工程施工资源的整合利用效率及质量等。基于此，本文将对高速公路隧道机电工程中的项目管理进行系统阐述。
