    Abstract：

    对污泥进行处理和处置，技术难点是脱水，水热干化技术能通过高温、高压的形式，击碎污泥中的微生物细胞，从而有效脱除胞内水。基于此，本文研究市政污泥水热干化系统的开发及工程化应用相关问题，探究技术开发的设计思想和工作原理，讨论工程化应用的热量平衡和降低含水量效果。
