燃气调压器是燃气输运过程中控制燃气压力和流量的关键设备。传统测量方式是用表头直接监控流量和压力,以此判断调压器是否故障,这种方法的缺点是准确率低和实时性差。本文针对这个问题,提出了基于声发射(Acoustic Emission,AE)传感的调压器故障智能诊断方法,这种方法能够将故障诊断周期从24小时降低到秒的数量级,同时将故障诊断的准确率提高到90%以上,具有一定的工程应用价值。
