Abstract：
随着城镇化进程的加快，我国重要基础设施建设取得了显著的成效。交通工程在我国基础设施建设中起着举足轻重的作用。随着社会经济的高速发展和科学技术的进步，交通工程项目管理模式也发生了一些变化，逐步朝国际化、集成化和信息化方向发展。在交通工程项目管理模式的发展过程中，还存在一些需要改进的问题。本文就交通工程项目管理模式展开探讨。
