Abstract：
建筑行业的飞速发展无疑成为推动国民经济快速发展的强心剂，然而，建筑业的发展并不总是积极向上的，高速发展的背后所带来的负面效应也在逐渐显现。随着人们物质生活水平的提升，不仅对建筑质量安全更加重视，对建筑美观设计、智能化设计及舒适度的要求也越来越高。特别是20世纪后，国内外的建筑业发展逐渐重视建筑质量安全及建筑科技的发展，这也使得国内多数建筑企业迎来了更大的机遇和挑战。
