    Abstract：

    水闸是水利工程中重要组成部分，水闸管理工作水平，直接关系到水利工程运行的稳定性，为切实发挥水闸在水利工程中的重要作用，有必要就水闸管理中存在的问题进行研究。基于此，本文就善后新闸运行管理中存在的不足之处展开分析，提出水闸运行管理日常维护措施，目的在于提高水闸工程管理水平，强化运维效果，更好地推动水利工程发展。
