    城市化进程的加快，作为城市建设的重要组成部分，市政道路施工规模也随之不断扩大。由于市政道路施工牵涉面广泛，导致其施工质量影响因素众多，这就要求加强市政道路施工质量管理，以确保市政道路施工质量与设计要求相符。本文从管理问题和管理策略两个方面论述了市政道路施工质量管理，旨在给从业人员的管理实践工作提供一些新思路。
