    Abstract：

    中国建筑行业在面临转型，而被动式超低能耗建筑的出现正是目前中国建筑行业发展方向。因此，为符合我国可持续发展理念，推动绿色环保低碳发展，对超低能耗建筑进行推广，有一定的必要性。因此笔者对目前中国被动式超低耗能建筑的发展进行论述，同时对目前我国在发展过程中所面临的问题进行分析，并提出解决措施，为超低能耗建筑的发展建言献策。
