    近年，随着BIM技术在国内普及和应用，BIM具有强大的计算功能和三维立体模拟功能，可以促进工程设计图的可视化。在该软件的内部可以实现对建筑工程项目重要的精准计算，这样会大幅度地提升工程公司内部造价工作的准确性，也提高了项目工程量计算的效率。
