    电梯在长时间运行过程中可能会出现一些故障，这就会造成电梯运行安全性下降，人们对于电梯运行状态和安全效果的满意程度也会受到很大影响。基于此，应在考虑电梯实际运行情况条件下规划维护保养要点，同时强化各项技术在电梯运行安全检测以及故障控制中的作用效果，彰显电梯维护保养和运行安全检测的现实作用，使得电梯运行安全效果和现实作用有所提高。
