    随着建筑行业的快速发展，建筑工程项目不仅要考虑经济效益，还要考虑环境保护问题。在建筑施工管理中，绿色施工管理理念渐渐深入人心，建筑单位不仅要严格控制施工质量，还要对施工现场的资源浪费等情况加大管理力度，实现可持续发展目标，同时推动建筑行业的可持续发展与健康发展。下面，文章就绿色施工理念下的建筑工程管理模式创新展开论述。
